At Kodnya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product. Please read through our policy below to understand how to initiate a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included with the returned or exchanged product.
- Non-returnable items:
- Any products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics, underwear, etc.).
2. How to Return or Exchange

- Order number
- Product(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
- For exchanges: If you're exchanging for a different size, color, or model, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- It takes 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify the new item when contacting our customer service team.
- Once the returned item is received, we will send out the exchange product. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or a similar item of equal value.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kodnya.com or on our Whatsapp no - 9667699369 with a photo and video of the issue.
- We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
